I ordered the Phoenix Ultra watch on 14 MAY, with delivery promised by 16 MAY to my TEMPORARY address in Delhi.

It’s now 21 MAY — the order is 5 DAYS LATE and hasn’t even been picked up.

This is beyond frustrating and completely UNACCEPTABLE.
