Hello @SmartBuyGlasses. I see another customer is having a similar problem to me: ordered ages ago, order still processing, and no response to my emails. Poor service. How are you going to rectify this?

@SmartBuyGlasses Ordered my glasses several weeks ago and have had three mails saying prepped for delivery but no sign of them and you don' t reply to my mails.
