Why do people feel like the longevity depends on whether or not depends on whether or not you have permissions to create more sound sources for an UTAU?

The only person with explicit permissions when handling Defoko is Ameya himself, and this has always been so. Claiming she is “dead” is blowing this out of proportion. It is also disrespectful in the sense you are disregarding her existing sound sources. If you truly liked her character you would work with what we have.

Seeing people compare a single manager to a company, to justify breaking TOS is revolting. Please do not break Aquestalk’s TOS under any circumstances. She was made by Ameya, and granted permissions by Aquestalk themselves. That being said, it was never allowed to use edited versions of Aquestalk data. OTO edits with her original UTAU are allowed, manipulating her data is not.
