As a historian of modern Japan and a Japanese citizen, I strongly oppose this line of argument. No one determined that dropping A-bombs in Hiroshima and Nagasaki was "ok." These historical events are supposed to eternally question the next nuke bombing, far from justifying it.

skewedはテールが伸びて中央値がそっちにずれてる方。 辞書にも偏りと引くとskewと出てくるけど
日本語と方向を合わせるならData are concentrated in the beginning of the range. とか。
