Little man weighed 5lbs 9ozs today. He has gained 2lbs total!

Walker weighed 5lbs 7ozs today, but had a little set back. Got a blood transfusion for anemia. Doc says he will be fine.

Walker is now 5lbs 3ozs! He is very close to coming home soon. The docs increased his bottle feelings to 5-6 per day.

@mavsjane sure! We are going up on Sat at 5:30 and Sunday around 11:30. Would love to have you hold him.

@mavsjane boy is he. Today he took his first bottle. He could not finish, but did good for the first time.

Our little guy is making great strides...today he was mvd to a reg. bassinet, maintaining his body temp on his own & ready to bottle feed.

The little guy is off C-pap! We held him for 4 hrs today. The have increased his food intake to 33cc's every 3 hours.

Our baby boy is back on C-pap. We are praying he comes off soon, and continues to make progress.

We gave our sweet boy his first bath today. On the downside, he is trying a little too hard to breath and may go back on C-pap.

Another great day. We got to hold Walker for the first time, and got to hear him cry. What a great sound....for now.

Walker Melton is off the vent!! The nurses and physician say he is making great progress. God is good!

@dndcooper thank you! Walker is in the NICU and will be there for a month or two. He is having some diff breathing. Keep the prayers coming

God is great. Walker Fair Melton was born tonight! He weighs 3lbs 9ozs and is 15 1/2 inches long. Thanks for your prayers!!

Sono yest showed him weighing 3lbs4oz. 31 weeks today-4more! C-section on 12-9 if no change before then.

Sono Mon showed 3.1 oz fluid. Baby still looking good. Think we'll get measured Thurs. just shy of 6 weeks down. I can't wait to get out!

@Terri8A Hi Terri. I'll be 31 weeks on Friday. I've been here almost 6 weeks now and DR is surprised I haven't labored oe gotten infection

Sono yesterday showed fluid at 2.1. Walker continues to look good during his monitoring. 5 weeks down, 5 weeks at the most to go!

Sono today showed Walker at 2 lbs 11 oz. Fluid down to 1.5. Still hanging out and looking good on the monitor.
