FINALLY got a response and I seriously can’t believe @Marriott@MarriottBonvoy chooses to do business with your resorts! It’s really disgraceful. Even the reply lacked quality customer service. I have responded back to the email and have included ceo Anthony Capauno.

@RoyaltonResorts I recently stayed at Royalton Antigua for a wedding and unfortunately, the customer service did not meet expectations for what is advertised as a luxury resort!

To put things in to perspective, there were almost 100 of us who showed up to celebrate this union and based on simple calculations I'm almost certain the group booked AT LEAST $125,000 worth of rooms. @RoyaltonResorts

Normally I am sad about my stay ending, I was thrilled to leave this facility! This was my first experience with the Royalton resorts and for the price point and branding, I expected much better. Marriott, I'm disappointed. @MarriottBonvoy@Marriott@MarriottIntl
The resort itself has potential, with beautiful surroundings and decent amenities, but the poor service overshadowed everything. Although the ceremony and reception turned out nice, I can only imagine that the bride and groom felt bamboozled because I sure did! @RoyaltonResorts

I’m at a point in my life where if I call you and you don’t answer, the window to get an answer on a call back is very small. If I call you, it is likely that I have a very small window in between tasks to speak. No love lost. I’m just busy.
