Second account cause X won't accept my first got hacked into

For the past 5 months, miragrio was terminated from Roblox, due to a false connection to a random account. No matter how many appeals I have submitted, @Roblox still refuses to acknowledge this. I will ask you again:

What made you link these two accounts together?

@3amsad2 @tiffikan @Roblox They only check to see if accounts are linked. Does not matter if:
- You were compromised at any point
- Share a device with a sibling
- Live in a public space
- Do anything that involves sharing an IP with someone who gets themselves terminated.

Visibly not a good system.

@tiffikan @Roblox I am pretty sure it has been stated numerous times before that the AI only checks if two accounts are linked without any context as to why.
I do recall my RoA having old unknown data. Roblox has claimed to keep it for investigative purposes. It has been 12 years, though?

@tiffikan @Roblox Restating my issue, miragrio was terminated on Oct 9th for being linked to an unknown account. Only reason I was even terminated was a 2014 compromise (I was 10 at the time).
Even my RoA does not show a proper ban reason.
Roblox isn't even letting me rectify incorrect data.

This issue has resurfaced since July 30-31, with thousands of people and developers receiving this ban on their accounts and unable to appeal it.

My account @tiffikan was also affected by this glitch. I was banned on March 3rd for linking to an unknown account I don't own. I didn't see the appeal window on the V&A page. When I contact support, I'm constantly redirected to this window, but I don't have anything there.

@Roblox I don't even have images at this point cause its all rejections. 6 month limit, illegal stuff, and confirmation from their own Customer Support (AI) that I do not own the linked account.

Best I got is this from a month ago where I can't correct my data? May have sent it before.

@Roblox we still require information regarding your moderation. You can't just let a rogue AI only check for "two accounts being linked"? Proper investigation could have been helpful against these issues.

Appealing enforcements should be only reviewed by human moderators.

@Roblox Another thing I should add, why is this problem still attacking users to this day? Are you trying to purposefully kill your own platform or something?

I don't see how any of this even makes you profit, seeing as you are killing customers' accounts over some unknown data?

@archangehl It is a shame Roblox isn't doing anything about this issue. It shouldn't be a requirement to go through legal paths just to fix this.

I ain't even gonna be hoping for a fix either as recent updates show that Roblox does not know how to manage their platform.

Enforcement Bans are scary to any user, given that IPs can be involuntarily shared between people (household, public spaces & VPNs), Roblox should shift the focus onto device reputation, behavior patterns and other layered signals.

Hey yall what exactly is the point of the OSA complaint part of @Roblox?
So far I have been hit with a wrong section error and not enough info (They impose a 1K character limit per box and I fill it with relevant details)

@im2ndcloudy17 @Roblox Honestly the fact that Roblox has not even said anything about this issue despite it being pretty massive indicates that they are genuinely not seeing the issue or are purposefully ignoring it.
