If we'd been given more time, I'd have gone on to explain I think we need community solar schemes, and proper Agri-solar.

@PhilRodgers @CambsCC Cambridgeshire Highways have ALWAYS deleted most fault reports without actually fixing them. There was never anything inherently wrong with their "old" system, apart from how they used it. They are now continuing the same flawed processes in the "new" system. Excellent FOI, that.
