also sometimes I think I should have ptsd or something from the amount of dead bodies & patient’s last breaths & lice eating legs to the bone, & wounds tunneling through patient’s bodies, & other shenanigans I’ve seen while in healthcare but I think I’m pretty normal

Yesterday, I walked into work & a patient had “suddenly died” but appeared as if he were assaulted to death. Today, I walked into work and I’m the only nurse. I’m having a great week! Can’t wait to see how Wednesday is :)

1 kid was sent to juvenile detention in handcuffs
3 other kids were placed in physical holds and given injections due to fighting each other & attacking staff
