i just want to remind everyone that jisung is comfortable with minho, and minho is comfortable with jisung. they have known each other for years, they have their own inside jokes, their own way of communicating, and their own understanding of each others boundaries. they can be comfortable doing things with each other that they might not do with other people precisely because there is closeness, trust, and mutual understanding between them.

they literally take care of each other, support each other, and stay by each others side when things get difficult. they know each other well enough to understand what might actually hurt the other person and what is simply another inside joke between them. and i think its really strange when we, as outsiders, try to judge their interactions solely through our own perception.

something that sounds weird, rude, or confusing to us personally does not necessarily feel the same way to the person on the other side of that joke. we dont know the entire history of their relationship, all their inside jokes, or all the little things that only the two of them understand. so we cannot take our own boundaries and ideas of what is acceptable and apply them to someone elses relationship.

sometimes we just need to remember that we are viewers. we can understand something or not understand it, we can like or dislike a joke, but that does not make us people who have the right to interfere where we were never invited and decide where someone elses boundaries should be. especially when we are talking about two people who have shown for years how close they are, how much they trust each other, and how much they mean to each other.

not everything we dont understand needs our intervention. sometimes its enough to accept that two people who are close to each other have their own world, their own way of communicating, and their own sense of humor that does not have to make sense to everyone around them🙏
