@nationalexpress what I want you to do is stop this overbooking system. That if you buy a bus and you miss it because your staff let people in with other times tickets, you can change it to get in the next one and not depend on other people buying the tickets in the bus queue+

Hello @nationalexpress, such a joke you ask 10 minutes before in Standsted airport if someone else is having that bus ticket and you IGNORE me letting people with the next bus ticket in and making me wait 30 mins more. ALWAYS THE SAME IN STANDSTED AIRPORT!
