@ZARA @ZARA_Care I reached out to the customer service through Chat. It was as useless as it could get with no resolution to this ridiculous situation. The most frustrating part is that the item was returned in perfect condition. This was probably damaged during transit or at the warehouse.

@ZARA @ZARA_Care your online customer service is useless! Provides no information to customers. I returned an item in perfect condition using Pudo. Received an email saying it’s unsuitable and you’ll return it back. I followed up twice and no one is able to give any updates.

So tired of how poorly everything is made now. Our Frigidaire oven is broken less than 2yrs after purchase, but believe me they were REALLY fast in notifying me when the factory warranty was out& how they would LOVE to sell me an extended warranty.

Another consumer says the glass on his Frigidaire oven shattered. He says: he lives in Matthews, the oven was only 2 1/2 years old, & he hadn't used it that day. 85 people (from 25 states & two other countries) have contacted me.
