The purpose is to pop the tires so that the owner is forced to either pay for it to be towed or leave it there for the city to tow and attach a fee.

The problem is not solved by running to a new company.

@damSkelton @ChungKeePanda @GroundedTheGame I think what they are saying is that whenever you are playing with friends you are not connecting to a server hosted by the developers of the game. You connect to the host player's computer.

So think more along the lines of Terraria with friends instead of an MMO type situation.
