49 people have died so far from the Chittagong container depot fire including 9 fire fighters. Fire fighters said the explosion in the depot was caused by H2O2 containers. First responders did not know that and tried to douse the flame with water which made the situation worse.

The ship immediately caught fire. The crewmembers were able to extinguish the fire and all other 28 crews on board have survived. The ship was scheduled to leave the port on February 23rd, but got stranded.

A #Bangladeshi marine engineer has died after a rocket hit a Bangladeshi cargo ship stranded in #Ukraine's Olvia sea port. Hadisur Rahman was a third engineer in the ship, Banglar Sammriddhi. The shell hit the bridge of the ship, where Hadisur Rahman was working.
