Q6: The most important lesson I have learned as a teacher over the past several months is it is NEVER too late to reinvent yourself. I have been teaching over 25 years and I have always been open to learning new things. This year has been no different. #remotelearningusf
A6: The biggest lesson I learned is that teachers adapt, students adapt, parents adapt....our pay needs to adapt too! :) #remotelearningusf Also, that technology is great but it doesn't make or break the learning process!
A4: My genius hour project is learning how to ride a bike! It's such a basic childhood activity that I didn't get to do and I there's hope that I can still do it! #remotelearningusf
A+5
This project has taught me that things aren't always perfect on the 1st or 2nd OR 3rd try but that it is important to not give up #remotelearningusf
A5: We sometimes expect our students to know basic stuff regarding technology or writing skills that isn't so basic at all. We can't assume our kids know, we have to support them every step of the way! #remotelearningusf
It's amazing what we can do when we give our self the time and space to follow our passions. I love Gina's Genius Hour topic and I hope it inspires more educators to just go for it! #remotelearningusf#IDEAil#IDEAilproud
A3: Technology might not work. Engagement might be off. Students might be having a good day or a bad day. One thing that is consistent is that teachers love their students and love teach no matter when and where! #remotelearningusf
