It absolutely lowers the skill ceiling lmao.
Ranked isn’t and shouldn’t be a place to learn the basics of the game.
No one cares if it’s in normals

It isn’t very fair that a Yasuo and an Anivia can both last hit just as easily. Mages require more precise timings to last hit without abilities and last hit indicators remove most of the skill mages require.

Ranked shouldn’t be a place for learning the game
