"Democrats are more educated." It's the line the left uses to dismiss every conservative argument.
But a PhD graduate just ranked herself smartest in the room. The IQ test put her dead last. The soldier she dismissed? Near the top.
Education isn't intelligence. It's just a more expensive way to be wrong.
What's the smartest person you know — and do they have a degree?

My problems are it’s complicated, can be manipulated & a candidate most people ranked second or third could easily get elected.
As for what it is, this is as per Grok:
Ranked Choice Voting (RCV), also called instant-runoff voting (IRV) or preferential voting, is an electoral system where voters rank candidates in order of preference instead of picking just one.
How It Works (Step by Step)
1. Voters rank the candidates On the ballot, you list candidates from most favorite to least favorite (1st choice, 2nd choice, 3rd choice, etc.). You don’t have to rank every candidate, but ranking more can help your vote stay active longer.
2. First round of counting All votes are counted based on each voter’s 1st choice.
• If any candidate gets more than 50% of the votes (a majority), they win immediately.
• If no one has a majority, go to the next round.
3. Elimination and redistribution
• The candidate with the fewest 1st-choice votes is eliminated.
• Votes that ranked the eliminated candidate first are transferred to those voters’ next-highest remaining choice (their 2nd choice, or 3rd if the 2nd is also eliminated, etc.).
• This process repeats: recount the active votes, eliminate the lowest candidate, redistribute, until one candidate reaches a majority.
This song, American Soldier, by Toby Keith, being sung by the 82nd Airborne Chorus, touched deep with Memorial Day right around the corner.
Toby would be proud! 💯
Thank you all for your service. Thank you for fighting for all of our families’ freedom. ❤️
Do you have special plans for Memorial Day weekend? Is there a Veteran you will be remembering this Holiday? Do you have a tradition? Do you decorate?
Ours is a “bambino” - a breed created by crossing a sphynx with a munchkin.
Most “hairless” cats aren’t completely bald. How much hair they have can greatly vary. I *believe* most of the hairless breeds have a dominant gene for hairlessness so kitten’s have a high chance of having some degree of hairlessness, with a few being born fully haired.
@sciencegirl This is our bambino (developed by crossing the sphynx & munchkin), Bam Bam with his buddy, Ru (our Chinese Crested, hairless variety) 🥰
Lithuanian composer and conductor Mindaugas Piečaitis led an orchestra performing a piece inspired by Nora the cat, who famously “plays” the piano.
The unusual performance was met with enthusiastic applause and a standing ovation.
