I don’t tweet a lot, but I do take strength from reading other’s posts. You keep me thinking positively. Knowing there are lots of women out there feeling how i’m feeling and being there for each other means a lot. #miscarriage#allinthistogether
Important to share & open up when you feel comfortable and to those who you believe will help, doesn’t have to be the whole world, just a few. But bringing #miscarriage out in the open helps with #healing#infertility#ttc https://t.co/3h5BNyfRfF
@PrayingRainbow Very true! I’m happy for people, of course, but can’t help but feel a mix of slight jealousy and anger... I think that’s quite normal though!
Possibly the worst thing about working in HR right now is someone telling me this morning that his wife is pregnant and I have to be all smiley and happy for him. Due in the same month my last pregnancy would have been too. #unfair#miscarriage
@PrayingRainbow Unfortunately not as I’m the only UK HR person. 😔 At least it’s not a huge company, so shouldn’t happen that often. Just typical though that it’s the same month I would have been due!
@PrayingRainbow Only my husband knows about it. Oh and the counsellor I saw for a couple of sessions after my second miscarriage. She thought it was a great idea. ☺️
@leapcoachuk This is such a great idea. I look after HR for my company’s UK office and I would love to get someone trained up. More and more people are off work due to mental health issues and we need to make sure we can offer the support needed.
I’m on my way to a reflexology session before work today. Not sure hubs believes in what it does, but I do and that’s what matters! ☺️ #balancedbody#positivity#miscarriage
@Thisvetruns @FemaleBloggerRT Thank you for writing this. I think it’s really important to make people more aware of miscarriage. I’ve been more open about it since my second one, but not brave enough to tell anyone at work yet. ❤️
Trigger warning: When I told I had a missed miscarriage, no one would tell me what I would experience physically when miscarrying. So I'm sharing my experience of a missed miscarriage to help other women feel more informed. PLEASE RT. https://t.co/OUVpVXXBRw #babyloss
Finally listened to this and really glad I did. I could relate to so much of it and it was comforting to listen to others who have been through miscarriage. https://t.co/wwV4E1vpMl
Some people have been asking me to show the links for the documentary so that they can copy, paste & share.
THANK YOU to those of you who've shown your support for this - it means a lot!

Did you know we have 2 private Facebook groups where people can share their thoughts, feelings & experiences about miscarriage, ectopic & molar pregnancy? One for all and one for those who are pregnant after loss. More info here: https://t.co/BibEf5ul6t
A couple of really positive weeks and then a difficult one. One day I think I’m all good and on top of it and then the next thing i’m feeling so sad and low. #miscarriage#trytokeepsmiling
📻The former BBC Radio York breakfast show presenter Kay Crewdson is to present a documentary about miscarriage. In the programme she talks about her own experience of miscarriage.
The Emptiness Within will be broadcast on Tues June 5 on @BBCYork (9am) & @BBCSheffield (10am) 📻
Had a good chat with my sister-in-law at the weekend who went through 2 miscarriages before having my nephew who’s now 11. It helps so much talking to those who have been through it. #miscarriage#talkinghelps
Halfway through the working week and I need a song to make me smile and give me a boost. So today’s choice is ‘Hold on Tight’ by ELO. #StayPositive#HumpDay#keepgoing
I’ve ditched looking at Facebook for the last 2 weeks and I feel so much better for it. It’s hard to see all those perfect pregnancies and babies. Feel like i’m terrible person for saying that! #thedownsideofsocialmedia#miscarriage#breathingspace
