GREEN: “PUBLIC💰should go to PUBLIC schools for the PUBLIC good. Marsha Blackburn & Sexton take 💵 from voucher schemers, more interested in lining their pockets than helping children & teachers.”
@Jerri_M_Green at tonight’s MTSU debate @MarshaBlackburn 🐔 hid from. #MIAMarsha

BREAKING: Preliminary exit polls suggest Netanyahu’s bloc is trailing its rivals in Israel’s election, while Palestinian Israeli parties are projected to win a historic number of seats in the Knesset.
Al Jazeera’s Nour Odeh reports from Ramallah.
A woman from Ottawa traveled to Topeka with tickets for the J.D Vance rally & was kicked out all because of her bumper sticker after a MAGA woman cut her off in line to park & jumped out of her car being aggressive. She was told she was uninvited because she didn’t support Trump.
WTF is wrong with republicans? Texans hit by this past July's flooding will not receive federal assistance, marking a blow to communities still recovering just a year after the 2025 Hill Country disaster that killed more than 130 people.
Believe it or not, I am aware of the fact that most people won't read a 16,000 word article about an actual blood-and-bullets war over water in the Rio Grande.
So we made a 30-minute film. The filmmakers at TM Studios did an incredible job:

🚨 Iowa Senate candidate Josh Turek calls out Republican Ashley Hinson over asking supporters for gas money for her $400,000 campaign bus amid rising costs due to Trump's Iran war.
“I'm just in a small car just driving around Iowa.”
"Even though she is the one that voted seven times to continue this war in Iran, [she's] just gone out there and said, ‘Can you help us out with some gas money?’”
“That is a Marie Antoinette level of ‘let them eat cake’ disconnect.”
Never ceases to amaze me how much more liberal I have become as I've gotten older. I don't want to pull the ladder up behind me. Not for other women, immigrants, minorities or anyone else. Like the majority of my party, I want bigger ladders, more laddera, the bigger "tent."
Nothing wrong with it, but for whatever reason, the Dems often (historically speaking) don't get the messaging right. This cycle feels different. More positive. More hopeful. Maybe it's just desperation and fear masquerading as momentum? Whatever it is, if it results in taking back the House and dare I hope, the Senate, I will take it.
Long term, however, the Democratic Party needs to somehow find a unified voice that doesn't only appear once per generation in the form of an Obama. Thankfully, I am old. I will leave it to the young people to work out.
For now. VOTE.
Alex Pretti's mother: The federal government went on TV and lied about Alex. They tried to slander Alex to cover up their crime. We want to clear our son's name, and the world to understand who Alex really was. We want our son's killers brought to justice once and for all. We are begging for the Department of Justice to hold the men who murdered our son accountable for what they did.
John Legend: “My God calls us to love the stranger. Blaming and vilifying our neighbors doesn’t lower the cost of living. It doesn’t improve our schools. It doesn’t help somebody who’s lost their job. We’ve got real problems to solve, real challenges to address. Finding convenient scapegoats won’t solve a single problem. We need leaders who will go to work everyday thinking about you”
This is what putting South Carolina first looks like.
I’m honored to have the support of two former governors — Republican David Beasley and Democrat Jim Hodges.
We may not agree on everything, but we share a belief that matters most: South Carolina deserves leaders who will always put its people first.
@Moosetracks2012@progavalanche@JessicaTarlov you should remind them that the Republicans, paid a guy with the same name to be on the ballot in Florida in 2020.
