Tomorrow is the hearing in the Supreme Court. Today, Justice Bhuyan spoke at a NALSAR event, commenting on the SIR process without explicitly mentioning ECI, essentially saying the process was “disenfranchising millions”.

This isnt the first time SIR has been conducted and won’t be the last, in fact, it is a necessary function for free and fair elections to ensure that only eligible voters get to exercise that franchise.
