Karel Barták, a remarkable person, friend and a legend of Czech journalism in Brussels died at age 72.

Ve věku 72 let dnes zemřel dlouholetý zahraniční zpravodaj České tiskové kanceláře Karel Barták. V agentuře strávil 28 let, jako její stálý zpravodaj působil v Paříži, Moskvě a Bruselu. Z belgické metropole více než deset let informoval především o Evropské unii a NATO a sledoval cestu Česka do obou organizací. Po odchodu z ČTK pracoval 12 let v Evropské komisi.

Čest jeho památce a upřímnou soustrast pozůstalým.
