I remember watching X Files on Dec 31st 1999.
It’s insane to me that I’m currently creating plans that include 2030!!!
What an amazing time to be alive!
Each year, life teaches me more about what I don't want:
• How I don't want to live.
• How I don't want to feel.
• How I don't want to be.
Refining. Refining. Refining.
This is clarity, not failure.
Now I focus on what I do want
- and build the habits to match.
Becoming alcohol free is the ultimate cheat code for self-improvement.
It’s not just about quitting - it’s gaining clarity, energy, and a new mindset most people can’t imagine.
@JasonMac2022 @cdukett My close friend reversed stage 4 blood cancer with zero interference from docs. Took 8 months. Message me if you want her Instagram details to ask any questions.
5. Less is more.
Simplify. Declutter. Create space.
Clear your home. And your head!
Fewer things to chase = more energy for what matters.
Fewer distractions = more connection with loved ones.
Fewer "next steps" = more joy in what’s already here.
Remember what's important.
4. You have an incredible power.
✨The power of creative imagination.
✨The ability to shift your identity.
✨To dream and build.
But do it for fun. For adventure. For the thrill of creating.
Not because you think you’re not enough.
Not because you think your life is lacking.
Nothing is more important to me than being a mother. Slow life right down and spend as much time as you can with your children. There will be no regrets.
@rebelEducator Firstly, deschool and prepare to unlearn everything you think you know.
You don’t need to fill up your days with tons of activities.
Lean into the mundane, get a little structure and just ENJOY LIFE!
There is learning in everything. Notice it.
@Eduard_Seb The way your post is worded suggests that being a farmer is not intelligent. Yet, connection with nature and the land is the most important thing on Earth!
The truth is, a human can alter his situation & change a LOT in life (including health) by intentionally controlling attitude and states of consciousness.
Taking responsibility for your life is everything.
It is your 'ability to respond'.
