@JordanSchachtel The combination of advanced sensors and the efficient processing of inputs that a human possesses still exceeds any current artificial attempts by a lot, and quite possibly always will. The human pilot role will remain dominant for at least 50 years.
@JoelWBerry “If a meritorious republic worked, more people would seek my opinion and elevate me to a higher station of course so obviously it doesn’t. What we clearly need is a monarch that will punish all you proles for your intolerable romanticism!”

@ConceptualJames I bet people have worn wires many times around Trump. It just doesn’t amount to anything because he is actually even more reasonable, honest and forthright in private.
@realJoelFischer It’s just some fairy tale to that room of idiots. To me, is was my great great grandpas great great grandpa that fought for a new nation.
@curtis_yarvin It’s hard not to love TJ, but literally almost all of his positions were proven naively idealistic and untenable within the first 8 or so years of the Republic. It was downright embarassing for him.
@LudwigNverMises I didn’t mean to be combatitive, not my intention. Just trying to introduce you to the innate realities of power systems. Using a phrase like “utility monopoly” will immediately remove you from any serious conversation about it. Don’t want you to get mopped by commies on this.
@LudwigNverMises In addition, WWII would have %1000 been lost without the nationalized power system that was intensely developed in the 20’s and 30’s. Large private conglomerates played their roles and were handsomely rewarded for their part, but it was almost all built on taxes.
@LudwigNverMises It would be nice if this were true, but strangely most public utilities spend their money more efficiently, provide better cheaper service, and on average the equipment providing the service is way younger in it’s lifecycle. There are exceptions both private and public of course.
@NYCMayor Utilities only fix old, undersized equipment when it fails. Time to turn the temps down on those AC’s New Yorkers. Put some extra load on right in the middle of the day. Start a roast in the oven and dry a load of clothes at approximately 1pm. Together, you can fix this.
