A. Not a fan of development or data centers.

B. Some of these farm families have been killing themselves for generations to make ends meet. If they wanna sell and profit like a boss, more power to them.

C. Oil and gas is similar around where I am. Everyone poo pops on the wells and infrastructure etc but seeing a farmer finally get a new tractor after 60yrs of repairing busted ass shit is nice to see.

D. Part of freedom is realizing that you can't and shouldn't tell other people what to do with their own land. Anything opposite of this is borderline communism. There is no collective. What's mine is mine and what's yours is yours STFU...change policy...deal with it or MOVE.
