@NewsWireLK Maybe also have the garbage collection especially in Dehiwala run on schedule without major delays. Councils should inspect the surroundings near the Kalubowila canal where ppl dump garbage and clog it up. Then there are tuk repair shops leaving half-broken chassis around.
