5 yrs ago today, I started working my way out of a wheelchair, I had been in for over 3 years.
Today, my weekly walking trend showed I averaged 1.03 miles a day for the past 7 days.

Governor Tina Kotek says she’s opposing IP-28 “after hearing from concerned Oregonians.”
Note the Governor’s is wearing a Columbia Sportswear jacket. CEO, Tim Boyle donated 15k to the Governor last month and sits on her Prosperity Council. Last December he publicly warned that Oregon’s business climate is driving employees, investment, and opportunity elsewhere. The council was announced six months ago. When do we get our prosperity back?
Also of note, Boyle also donated $100,000 to the effort to put the Portland police staffing measure before voters.
Maybe Oregon’s leaders are finally hearing what workers, taxpayers, and residents have been saying all along?
Nah… it’s an election year, right @GovKotek?
@Woofeous@TMZ I'm sorry, but this simply isn't true. There is only one sin for which one can not be forgiven, and that sin is blasphemy of the holy spirit.

@RonWyden I don't like Trump's increase either but according to the article you posted, Oregonians are paying almost a full dollar above the national average. Why is that?
And where were you when my electric bill went up approximately 54% in 2024?
If you were smart @KATUNews you would do the deep dive into the ramifications for the entire state.
No more fishing or crabbing on the Oregon coast. Would destroy those coastal communities.
Dairy farmers and Tillamook Cheese and Ice Cream? Gone.
Cattle ranching in Eastern Oregon or even the Valley. Gone.
Literally hundreds of thousands of jobs and companion industries wiped out in Oregon.
Most of you would become unemployed too because advertising would dry up.
Report responsibly on this @KATUNews
People in Oregon are so stupid that 120000 people have signed a petition to make it illegal to control rats... (or hunt, fish, breed animals or farm animals)
THIS IS WHY OUR STATE IS A LAUGHING STOCK
@libsoftiktok
An effort to criminalize the killing of animals for food in Oregon is a step closer to being on the November ballot.
IP-28 would make it illegal to injure or kill animals and would effectively ban hunting, fishing and the breeding of animals. https://t.co/Je1Z43xKAm
You can fool all of the people some of the time, and you can fool some of the people all of the time, but you cannot fool all of the people all of the time.

@TinaKotek If you cared about keeping Oregon affordable you would listen to the voters when we tell you we don't want your transportation tax. We are paying too much already.
But instead, just like your predecessor you continue to work on how you can circumvent the will of the people.
@TinaKotek Make Oregon more affordable?
Nice add, but while saying this you've been trying to shove your transportation bill down everyone's throats. When the ppl demanded your bill be put before voters in Nov you did everything in your power to get it on the primary ballot.
