@XfinitySupport Why do you lock customer on a 2 year contract & then increase their prices? Then throw bogus discounts that don’t really do much? The market has changed & there are more options besides you and @ATT. There is @EzeeFiber, @TMobile and @Verizon home service which cheaper plans.
