COACHES: Coaching today's generation of kids is about relationships and connecting with them. Players will still "run through walls" for you if they know, like, or trust you. It's not enough that you care about them. They have to know that you care about them.

nothing looks more like “I’ve never played a day of 🏀 myself or my seat was at the end of the bench” than an assistant coach screaming across the court to gain some attention for themselves. Grow up
You know what’s pathetic - being up 37 with 4 minutes to go - and the other team has already started subbing - but you’re still playing your starters -find some class - we can’t expect our kids to do better when the person leading them sets a horrible example.
