@Theplayacademy I give my 2 year old a screen when we’re out at a restaurant if she becomes restless as consideration for the other diners. I could allow her to bang the table, ‘sing’ at the top of her voice or throw things at them but I feel like a screen is more considerate 🤷🏻‍♀️

@nourishworkplce @blondebonce I had this exact same thing. I saw GP about it and they suggested 2 packs back to back then taking a break. It’s stopped my hormone headaches (for now anyway!) 😊

@MrsDaisyRizo Also, abuse the KIT days, I did 2.5 days last month and was paid more than half of my stat mat pay for just those 2.5 days. I saved them up to use when I dropped down to stat pay because I’d been told it worked out better x

@MrsDaisyRizo I’m currently on Mat leave. Going back part time working from home after Easter, back ‘properly’ after May half term. If money is a factor for you then I would definitely ask for your maternity pay schedule in advance, I was shocked at how little my money dropped initially

@EarlyYearsIdeas Thank you! It’s such a mixed bag with home visits in our local schools, some insist on them, some have never had them. I thought observations would be as many as naturally happened but didn’t know if I was being naive in my lack of EY experience x
