@MsKShearin @CCMMSRedwolves Miss this kiddo!

[Miss.D’s Class!🦠 @miss_dougan]

What better way to end the school year than with @CrumblCookies from a @CCMMSRedwolves student who apparently knows her teachers WAY too well (since we’ve eaten them every Wednesday this school year)! ♥️ @msshawccmms @FosterMissi @TerryCCMMS

my favorite day of the week !!! @CrumblCookies

[Miss.D’s Class!🦠 @miss_dougan]

Playing with food 🤝 moon phases…Today the kiddos got to use Oreos to show all that they know about the phases of the moon! Talk about engagement! They may have been able to snack on some extra Oreos at the end of class too! @CCMMSRedwolves #OurDen

Flower Dissection! It was so much fun watching all that we’ve learned about the parts of the flower come to life! There’s nothing better than hands on experiences to further our understanding! @CCMMSRedwolves #OurDen

[Miss.D’s Class!🦠 @miss_dougan]

LOVE seeing these kiddos not only proud of themselves but proud of EACH OTHER! ♥️ can’t wait to see all that they accomplish this second semester! @CCMMSRedwolves #OurDen

[Miss.D’s Class!🦠 @miss_dougan]

what better way to end a unit than with a lab?! Love watching science come to life for these kiddos, this week they got to be geologists and classify rocks! @CCMMSRedwolves #OurDen

[Miss.D’s Class!🦠 @miss_dougan]

Escape room today…yes everything is wrapped in wrapping paper, BUT if you make learning exciting it sticks with em! Fun & review of all that we’ve learned this quarter! I will sure miss these faces over track out! @CCMMSRedwolves #OurDen

[Miss.D’s Class!🦠 @miss_dougan]

probably the MOST engaging activity for the kiddos so far this year! Making different pitched sounds with only one straw! I even got excited! (Will take kazoo sounds all day long if it means that learning and connections are taking place!) #OurDen @CCMMSRedwolves

[Miss.D’s Class!🦠 @miss_dougan]

I can’t wait to see my kiddos’ reactions tomorrow when they get to see this 😊 don’t forget to remind your kids that you’re thankful for them, especially this time of year!!!

Another success!

Some successful builds…

today was a little-challenging-as we competed to see who’s marshmallow structure could best survive an earthquake simulation (made of jello)! My favorite part of the week is lab days, always puts a smile on my face seeing them put their brains together to do great things #OurDen

Ending our morning time together in community circle. Not only is it a restoring place to be but also a building spot for our community. Grateful to come to a full staff circle to name our thanks. #OurDen #Community #BeautifulDay @CCMMSRedwolves @WCPSSTeam @RpWake
