Here’s a great agility game called Foosball.
Defense- 2 athletes at foul line, mid court, other foul line. They can only move laterally (aka foosball)
Offense- 6 athletes trying to go end to end w/out getting tagged. Start over if you get tagged.
2-3 minutes then switch. Fun
RPS RUNNNNNNN.....
Wait I won?
Wait I lost?
Wait do I grab the noodle?
Wait do I run?
Wait am I being chased?
🤣 🤣 🤣 🤪 🤪
Heart pumping and brain teasing, and lots of laughs!

Champions & Challengers - working on throwing for accuracy. A versatile activity that runs itself. Frees me up to assess throwing form during gameplay. #PhysEd
Kids love to show off during the last 2 minutes of the activity! We call this “Showtime” (thanks @physedreview) Students make up a trick using their equipment safely and can show me or other students in the class. We get some really creative tricks! #PhysEd
Have LOVED using the @FloormarX floor markers this year for line up and home base spots. In the process of transitioning my gym space to accommodate full class sizes this week. #PhysEd
It’s almost time to get back on the water, and this year @whec_avrce students will be carving their own paddles to use in our training and tripping this spring! 🛶
