@NetflixUK we need assistance and we can’t speak to a human. My mother has been charged £18.99 twice and you’re not allowing her access to log in and watch it… each time we try and cancel we just get looped around to the select your plan page meaning she’s paying for nothing…

The past 12 months have been beyond a challenge. From struggling with my mental health, being signed off and walking away from the only career I knew. To having 2 close family members diagnosed with cancer. Still dealing with the cancer, but life is so much more positive ❤️

You will have been waiting all year like the guy says! Charge next day delivery but take weeks to dispatch. Not only that, but they can’t reply on customer service and turn off comments on their tweets! Avoid!!
