@DonyallD I love how specific & explicit u r w/ the academic vocab! So often I hear t’s using words interchangeably that do not mean the same thing! As t’s we have to be better we need 2 be deliberate in mastering the acd Lang we use 2 teach. Not mindlessly talking at kids

@AdhdBlueprint @Shaggy_Canuck @AskADHD Same! I am an elementary school teacher with ADD and of course have fluorescents in my classroom, so I ended up buying magnetic covers that filter out the irritating parts of those lights. Now I don’t have any issues with them ❤️

Or a yoga ball... Or wobble stool have saved my life as a teacher and as a learner... play dough seems silly but it has a saved me on several occasions
