My art serves as a coping mechanism for my mental health challenges. It is trauma-informed and will always be so. My art is dedicated to anyone grappling with anxiety and depression. That's why it's not just a day to "celebrate," but rather 365 days of continuous work, awareness, and practicing patience through the ups and downs. Some days are better than others, and I'm always deeply grateful for the love and generosity of those around me.

I'm devastated by the news and finding it difficult to put my thoughts into words. However, there's a lot of work in this world. If you're an artist, I implore you to keep the courage to share your work. The world needs it now more than ever ❤️‍🩹🕊️
