@nr_inthesilence We’ve seen this this year too. A student not credited for a question and annotated as ‘question not attempted’. Except they had answered it, but used word processor for the exam so the examiner had missed it. Cue significant stress for all involved!

@RogersHistory What irritates me is the fact that people think we get paid ‘for the holidays’. No. We get paid for 195 (ish) days of the year, spread out over 12 months.

2. Take food in for lunch, stop eating from the cafe that specialises in beige food.
3. Record the ‘highlight of the day’ EVERYDAY. Positivity breeds positivity.

Generic evaluation... if you can't tell what is being evaluated from the paragraph then it won't gain credit. See the difference in the top couple sentences compared to bottom paragraph in the picture below...
