@DrJessTaylor GPs CAN signpost provide advice and active monitoring
GP's CAN refer appropriatley where a professional referral is needed.
Some GP practises have access to trauma trained counsellors.
Most GP surgeries have mental health nurses who can support in further assessment of need

@DrJessTaylor I feel its important to note the positives here..and reiterate that ALL professionals play an important role from disclosure to support, regardless of who they are or where they sit within health services...
