@NinjaKitchen I have the luxe cafe espresso/coffemaker. The portafilter is beyond hard to use. It takes great effort to put it on and off. I have tried all the tricks listed but using it shouldn’t be this hard. Any help before I dump it?

Hey @SharkNinja I received the Luxe Cafe as a gift. Great coffee but I can’t manage the portafilter. It’s hella tight. Can’t get it on or off without great difficulty. I was going to exchange it but I’ve read they are all like this Should I just return it? Get something else
