@DIRECTVhelp DirecTV has been holding over $1,000 of my mom’s money hostage for a month. She accidentally overpaid, and despite endless calls and proof of payment, they still can’t refund it.

Every time she calls, she gets bounced around to reps who can’t communicate clearly and can’t fix anything. A MONTH later — still no money, no credit, no solution.

All we want is to speak to an actual U.S. billing department that can handle a basic refund. How is this this hard?
