Support only sends bot replies.
I need a human from Content/Distribution to check my case.

The initial delivery was on the 6th, and the bot says there was a redistribution on the 12th, but nothing changed on my dashboard and no platform received anything yet.

I asked to activate Priority Distro (chat, email, DM) – no answer. The option is greyed out.
