@Delta solve this problem in a professional manner but literally treated me like trash, was so inconsiderate & extremely rude. I’ll be happy to share their names with you in hopes something can be done to try & help other customers from having to deal with a situation like this
@Delta something needs to be done to try & help compensate for this awful experience. A different training & evaluation system needs to be put in place for your employees. And for sure there needs to be a reevaluation of the manager I dealt with who is supposed to help solve..
@Delta you have always been my preferred go-to airline & I have never had a situation even close to this happen. So disappointing and highly unacceptable. Not to mention the stress & anxiety it caused that I can not be having bc I’m in the process of trying to get pregnant.
@Delta on top of all of that, I wasn’t able to cancel my hotel for Thursday night even though I wasn’t there, bc of a package deal we got for the wedding. So I had to pay $350 for absolutely nothing bc your employee didn’t know how to do his job. Plus $150 in Uber/parking fees
@Delta I tried calling MULTIPLE times over the weekend regarding the situation & wasn’t able to get through even once. THEN, I was able to rearrange the work meeting I had planned for Thurs. & missed to Monday. So I needed to change my flight. It wouldn’t allow me to do it online
@Delta completely ignoring me, I had to leave (no voucher in hand) I called customer service & was on hold for 24 minutes only for the call to get disconnected.(it was not on my end, my signal was completely fine)
