Avoid shopping at @AmazonUK at all cost. My order was thrown in the garden in heavy rain yesterday, one being a mattress topper that is now fully soaked but I can’t have a refund until my item that I can’t even attempt to return because it is saturated in water is sent back!!

@AmazonHelp Nope, just been told to return. It’s heavy because it’s wet so I can’t return. I’ve told them to collect it themself but that’s not good enough either. Worst customer service I’ve ever recieved. I’ve been refunded for the other two items without a return but not for this one,why

@AmazonHelp I have been dealing with your customer service since yesterday evening and it’s been very poor, I’ve been told that unless I return the item I can’t have a refund. I would return it if I could but I’ve told them 10 times I can’t return it!! It’s soaking!! I shop with you alot!

@AmazonHelp No thank you. Your staff had the opportunity to deal with this over the past hour. I will just continue to advise people to avoid shopping with you. Maybe Amazon need to spend time on training their staff instead of taking customers money and not dealing with issues
