Yet another run in with an aggressive offleash dog at Hampton Park @NCC_CCN. Another dog owner said there are so many offleash dogs here b/c people aren’t happy with the dog run at the other side of the park. Apparently it isn’t very nice and has potholes. 🤷‍♀️ #Ottawa #OttCity

I find the sense of entitlement that some dog owners have sad and distressing... Why does your dog have the right to run around the park and I don’t have the right to cross it peacefully without fear? This is my daily commute. 😔
