Yikes. Non teachers given advice to teachers right now is painful. I was advised to exercise in my lunch break & to find a colleague to cover some of my lessons 4 me. When I said thatβs not possible I was told I was being negative and resistant to self care!
Canβt even explain how disheartening it is for all us teachers to have worked SO hard since returning to work in August to just be slapped in the face with another type of lockdown by the October holidays π
First ever (virtual) parents evenings complete!!! β Was so lovely speaking to all the parents even if it wasnβt face to face. Had some really positive feedback and lovely comments about how much the children are loving our class!!!

Hand gel with a high alcohol content can be a problem for alcoholics (including those in recovery). I didn't know that until tonight. We're going to use soap and water as much as possible when our outreach starts back. Thought I should post in case it's useful.
