While the human capital activities-HCA in Ekiti State may not be as grounded as it should be, this can also be a powerful tool for change as it gives us access to invest, structure track, build database for indigenous professionals.

We strongly believe that Ekiti state Human Capital Activities - HCA is a crucial resource in solving the state socio-economic challenges. Time and time again, African are proven problem solvers and leaders of change and innovation.

While we are certain that the human capital activities - HCA in Ekiti State is below global standards as measured by the World Bank, we see innovators and major growers of Ekiti State pulling their weight together to bring about Global development and opportunities to Ekiti state

We strongly believe that Ekiti state Human Capital Activities - HCA is a crucial resource in solving the state socio-economic challenges. Time and time again, African are proven problem solvers and leaders of change and innovation.

Too many young innovators don’t live in environments and lack the platforms, resources and support they need to realise their full potential and value adding global citizens.

While this is not an environmental problem or privilege but inadequate human capital activities; is the reason why indigenous people make up 15% of the world’s extreme poor. Globally they also suffer high rate of landless malnutrition and internal displacement.

Indigenous people are often marginalized and are mostly left out in most country and often needed on electoral relations. Progress rarely seen leaving them even more vulnerable to violence and other forms of abuses.

An average of 35% are aged and mostly young folks within the indigenous settings are faced with major set backs and lack of opportunities.
