For 18 years, of a 30 year nursing career I worked in a full time in #GeneralPractice with supportive & proactive GP partners. I wish to see the same for the next generation of registered nurses. They deserve the very best, and as Simon says.. investment is needed.

Anand | ਅਨੰਦ | اَنَند
Anand means Bliss (Bliss is not just pleasure, but peace beyond reason).
It is the joy that remains when everything else is taken away.
The world chases moments of happiness, but Anand is not found in moments - it is found in merging.
Anand comes when the mind surrenders and the soul remembers its origin.
It is not excitement; it is stillness that smiles.
When Gurbani says “Anand bhaeaa meri maa-e,” it is the cry of a soul that has come home.
You cannot buy Anand, earn it, or demand it. It arrives quietly, when ego bows and gratitude rises.
Anand is not an escape from life - it is the song beneath it.
It is the fragrance of contentment, the rhythm of Naam, the light that needs no flame.
In the state of Anand, nothing is missing - because everything is One.
So we start this week with a huge celebration. 🎊 One of our local #GPpractice s was signed off as #LearningDisability Friendly today! Congratulations to The Wilson #practice and Dr Isaac Nahoor & his team for all the work so far. Your #patients are very lucky to have you! #NHS
