@BrandiKruse I’m a woman in menopause. Menopause isn’t fun but it certainly doesn’t need its own accommodations. Bring a fan, get on HRT, exercise, take supplements and vitamins. This is just another thing on top of FMLA and PFMLA. No one works anymore and they are protected by the laws. :(
