@mr_englishteach And another memorable one was from a year 11 boy. Asked if his English language exam was going to be on parrots as we'd been using an article about parrots, from a text book, to practice an exam style question.🤦🏼‍♀️

@mr_englishteach Whilst working as a teaching assistant before I trained, a year 7 boy asked me what a clitirois was. Had zero relevance to what he was doing at the time. Being young and inexperienced I just told him to Google it. He came in the next day and explained exactly what one was to me!
