@camcalis A4: i love being a “rookie” and trying new things, i think my greatest strength is my eagerness to ask for help when i’m not 100% confident in myself and try new things. i’ve learned so much in my new role this year for that reason #chaties

@camcalis A3: being able to have a close relationship with my kids and knowing them well enough to see one not quite feeling themselves, we were able to come together and get them what they needed. #chaties

@camcalis A2: being more consistent with check ins with coworkers outside of my room, trying to be more involved with all parts of the school.

A5: I am grateful for all my teammates and especially my partner for always surprising me with candy, she can always tell when i need a sugary pick me up 🍭 #chaties

A4: I know I can always count on my coworkers to give me advice and insight on situations I need help with, I am lucky to be surrounded by such skilled teammates 💪🏽 #chaties

A2: you always have to consider the energy you bring to a room, especially around kids. It’s important to create an environment where adults and children can thrive and do right by each other #chaties

A1: your vision is greater than your circumstance; is relatable on my journey to becoming a sped teacher. When I get overwhelmed with the day to day I remember why I’m here & that these skills will transfer to the future #chaties

@camcalis In our room we have a culture that focuses on being inclusive and pushing our s's to do the best they can. We each have different styles & techniques, but in the end we work for the same goal. #chaties

@camcalis A2- I do my best to be a grounding and positive force for my team. When things get hectic I try to keep my composure so I cant be part of the solution and not the stress. #chaties
