moved on, meaning I have lost out on £500 worth of work because your driver decided to deliver my parcel to a neighbour who has actually been abroad for 6 months! I am not happy, especially now correspondence has ceased since apparently looking into the driver! Disgusting!

@FedEx since initially seeming helpful with my case for a parcel ‘apparently’ delivered to my neighbours (it wasn’t).. correspondence has since diminished, no replies to my messages. The item in question was for me to complete some work - since then the client has since.. tbc

He has checked the house, the letterbox, the garden, and nothing.

So your delivery driver has falsely stated he delivered it to that address when he hasn’t at all.

What can be done about this?

@FedExHelpEU I had a delivery note through my door that I had missed a fedex delivery... they said they had delivered it to my neighbour. The barcode number on the slip given to me doesn’t work on your websites. After numerous attempts to retrieve from my neighbour (tbc)

I wasn’t able to because they were never in. Today, they came round - they have been working away for the last few weeks and haven’t been home. There has been no parcel delivered to their address. They have had their daughter checking in on the house, and she has seen nothing.TBC

@FedEx hi there, I had a fedex note through my door that my parcel has been delivered to my neighbour. After endless attempts, and even asking them to throw it over the fence - 2 weeks and still not able to retrieve. The tracking number on the slip through my door doesn’t ... tbc

@RoyalMailHelp second time in a few months a parcel not delivered. Sent first class signed for. This is a custom made Christmas gift for a customer! So a time consuming product to replicate! Have sent tracking number and proof of postage, hasn’t been updated since I posted it.

@NoisyMV @Ed_Miliband I do agree with this. Also, it’s not just us loving our jobs - every person in the nation is a consumer of our industries, and they LOVE what we do too . What we do, the core reason for doing it is to provide happiness and mental well being to absolutely everybody.

@BBCPolitics It’s not just some jobs you are losing, it is entire industries?! And this training only available to people who don’t already have qualifications? So what about those you are expecting to change jobs/skills that we have dedicated our lives to,but we already have qualifications?
