received no response.

I am simply seeking clarification on the status of my application and whether any further action is required from me, as I currently have neither my original passport nor a renewed passport.

indicates that biometrics are still required and appears to be requesting further payment, despite my having already paid for the contactless service.

I have tried contacting the High Commission by email, phone, and social media ans also sought support on the app but have

the contactless fee and return postage. I then posted my application documents and current passport on 11 May 2026 as instructed.

I later received an email stating that my application had been processed and that I could proceed to book an appointment. However, the app now
